  Guarantees

Products are guaranteed by their manufacturers, distributors and importers. Guaranty expiration varies according to the product. If you need any help to use it, please contact us.

Cancellations, devolutions and reimbursements

Cancellations will be accepted with total reimbursement only before order shipping. In case products have already been delivered, they must be returned with their original non-violated packings. The reimbursement will deduct the shipping charges.

In case a wrong product has been forwarded in relation to the order, return it after informing us by phone or e-mail. If our fail be proven, we will make full reimbursements of the wrong products.
